Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
No Return, Credits, Exchanges, or Refunds on:
- Special Order Items
- Downloadable or Digital Items
- Gift Cards
All sales on these items are FINAL. If one of these items is faulty or damaged, it will be investigated with the manufacturer and will be followed through to determine if the item is in fact faulty or damaged and eligible for one of the above Returns.
Credit/Exchange
Bongo’s Basement is not required to provide any kind of Return by law unless an item is faulty or damaged. However, if the item meets the below standards, we are happy to process a Credit/Exchange.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued on faulty items.
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind.
Refunds will only be provided within 30 days of the date of purchase.
If an item is faulty or damaged, a refund may be processed after evaluation.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returned items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email www.bongos.net.au/contact-us/.
